swapping viseeo cradle

I hope to change my cls for an ml next weekend & was hoping i can take my viseeo mb2 cradle out of my cls & into an ml i'm buying,will the stored numbers etc be lost or is there anything i need to do first/(ml has same command system & has tele pre-wire).

Ok thanks,so after fitting mb2 into ml craddle it's just a case of transferring the contacts from my blackberry into command after pairing the phone with the viseeo?
