Bare sanded floorboards are in, likewise the rough 'n ready painted walls look. Outside rendering - use a clear paint on sealer. Rather than paint windows etc get new double glazing on interest free credit and save money on reduced heating bills!
I think that's everything covered, now go and check out that motor!
I finally went to look at the car. . . . . . it's a pig. It must have been in an accident. Drivers side wing is new, colour match to rest of car is not quite right. Bonnet is stone chipped and doesn't fit, it seems to be twisted. All the panels are a slightly different colour. There is a gap where you can get your hand under one side of the grill, but no gap on the other. The bonnet does not line up with the wings, it sits so proud at the front edge you can press it down and the whole bonnet rocks. The font lights are different one set is newer than the other Probably due to the accident. There is a crease in the bumper on the same side as the gap behind the grill. Passenger wing is starting to bubble under the poorly applied body filler and its a different colour than the other panels. Drivers side rear quarter panel has been repainted where they have rubbed through the form line of the car panel, very poor quality job. Leather interior is scuffed and scratched on all the seats both door cards in the rear have holes / tare marks, previous owner must have had a dog. I spent 20 mins in the showroom and the sales person went and hid in the back. This car is worth £2500 tops. didn't bother hearing it run or seeing the roof . One to be avoided ! Couldn't find the showroom at first attempt due to the "Find us" on there web site giving a wrong addess to google maps.
