Tap Water mix in Coolant.

You might be right,, but i have no option but to use t/water . Tap water did not do my cars any harm in 50 years. Just about to fill up again after coolant pump replacment . Did you see the picture on the reverse of the bottle from MB picture of a tap ./
When I saw the picture and saw '1' below the bottle and the tap I assumed it meant one bottle of goop per one bottle of tap water , which would give the 50/50 mix most concentrate cooling fluids usually need.

I have also run many older vehicles with nothing but tap water in the system without problems . I might add not in the UK and not on anything remotely modern.

At the end of the day as long as you put the correct grade and quantity of A/F in you could top it up with any clean water. ;)
