For disk cutting the pavement 10 feet away from my car without the courtesy of a door knock.

Currently engaged with their complaints department, my car and the wife's car are both covered with highly abrasive concrete dust.

Not ideal, but hose it off?

Always something like this going on, the other year it was volcanic ash.

I’ve had the same over the years, it’s annoying but just one of those things unfortunately :)

Suspect sub-contractors without any client care training, concern or even grey matter!
Hope you get somewhere (paid professional detail clean?) With your complaint.

Looks pretty shiny to me.

Yep, that's because I had washed it the night before lol.

They were dry cutting and the paint feels like sandpaper to the touch whereas it felt like glass before. I am really worried that I will damage the paint and the wife's car that is also covered is only 3 months old.

I had a quote from one detailer already and they wanted £250 for a proper decontamination!

Flowers look superb, get a bucket a Sponge and some fairy liquid, jobs a good un.

When electricity northwest left a fence panel they lifted out for access leaning against the fence, it blew over and scuffed my mrs car's bonnet slightly. I took pics and sent them an email, they replied telling me to send them the invoice for it's repair. We never bothered, it'd t-cut out, and the gesture was good enough.
