Had the car in at Ian's again this week, for a service and to arrange an MOT with a place nearby. I've used W124 Works exclusively for the past 2 years.
It's nice to deal with the man who actually does the work. I put it in on Monday and collected yesterday (as arranged), got use of a courtesy car (nice one) while mine was away and he doesn't mind me arriving at all hours (I'm not sure he ever leaves).
He replaced my headlight bulbs for me free too when I surprised him with a set of Philips Extreme Powers at 6.30pm last night. Incidentally, although they didn't look hugely brighter just to look at, they really lit up his yard as I drove off. A great buy from Powerbulbsdirect on Ebay at £14.39.
