Long time lurker here on the forum.

Had my Wife's CLK in to a local garage for a window problem who proceeded to damage the car door.

Did a search here and found Ian. Had a chat with him, brought the car to him and he went above and beyond what I would have expected from a garage.

The simple fix involved £300 worth of seals and parts - which a main dealer would have just done. Ian instead stripped everything down on the door, replaced a broken strap (we always wondered why the door reacted that way!) and sorted the problem charging a minimal amount.

Courteous, polite, helpful, honest. Very pleased to have found Ian and his team, any issues in the future with the car and it'll be straight into him.

Ian fitted my iPod dock at the end of summer last year and did a fantastic job.
Have been telling everyone I know around my area to use him and NOT the local dealers.
Ian and the whole team go the extra mile.
