I've just had a quick look on ebay and these look quite expensive. £2k for a 2001 model on 80k miles.
I paid £2K for my W124CE 8 years ago.
a proper hack is sub £500 in my eyes. Some of you have much deeper wallets than I judging by some of the £4k cars that have been suggested.![]()
I wonder what it does on fuel?
Slightly more than the SL?
I drove the car into work today. Pretty sure its diff noise I hear rather than wheel bearings. It seems to be less noticeable the faster you go which is a blessing.![]()
Lovely car, look after it though, seems spotless.
You're too late.
I've got my grubby hands on my winter hack already.
I've been pouring over the last ten years worth of MOT's.... 2000 miles a year its been doing?
The old girl's in for a bit of a shock.
I'd better change the tyres on it though they're 13 years old and the sidewalls are cracked all over and the rubber has turned to nylon or something. The car will wheelspin and kick the backend out at will in the wet which came as a surprise for such a little motor.
