Just was wondering wether the small radiator is what they call the turbo intercooler, does it get serviced separately?if so how?whats inside it,water, oil?thanks

Yes it is the intercooler. You dont need to do anything to service it as its just air that runs through it, getting cooled, which means it is more dense.
Which means you can get more air into the combustion chamber allowing more fuel amd more power.
