I am getting seriously annoyed with Tracker.
First it took them 2 months to get my details correct in order to renew my subscription last October.
Then I sold my SL in December and asked for a part refund (given that I've also now paid for a new subscription for the Toerag).
I am still waiting.

I wait on average 20 minutes on hold every time I try and call them.
The people I speak to are incapable of doing anything right.

They do not respond to faxes or emails.

They are the worst at customer services since NTL.

Anyone work for them/ know someone that works there/ share my views?????
If it wasn't for the fact that my insurance requires me to pay them, I would demand all my money back immediately. They are driving me mad!!!!

I am going over to the Pistonheads forum to tell them how rubbish Tracker are as well.

I am sure there has got to be some form of DIY alternative. What about the company that tracks mobile telephones, via an internet service? Surely with a PAYG telephone implanted somewhere within your car...

I agree , worst company ever !! similar experences to you.

P.s. good luck on the refund , i was told they don't do refunds and that both the devices and subs are non transferable.

Guess what im going on the hunt for before i sell the car.

Hmm, they are a bit cack in my opinion too.

Last year when I sold my Impreza I phoned them, and followed it up in writing, to say it wasn't mine any more.

Come November, when the renewal was due, they wrote to me telling me that they were renewing my subscription.

One snotty phone call later (and another letter) and they appear to have taken the hint.

What does annoy me is that presuming the car was stolen in the middle of the night, they would have rung me up to tell me someone else's car was being stolen!

Not the greatest customer experience ever..

Cheers,

Gaz
