No, the return journey was pretty boring and congested.
There were some complete morons on the road too.

.. I failed to take the turning the others did for the Shell Station

Didn't miss much.. I only managed to wring out 10 litres of V-Power before the shell station's reserves ran out
Happens every year at that station if you don't get there early
All the little thundercats feverishly filling their Saxos with V-Power thinking it'll make a difference :fail

Not sure which junction but also saw it on the way back down. Tense couple of weeks ahead

Had a one more look on the way down from Leeds today, I did not however check the whole stretch, as I came off at jnct 12.
Can only comment on all the gantries from 14 - 12 (where the variable speed is in place).

There is definitely one, if my memory serves me right around marker post 69/1, about 3 miles north of junction 12 - heading north.

I reviewed the on board video footage, and none of the cars around me was in the 'excited mode' at that point.

If anything was flashing, was either before or after I went through it, or was a different camera.

Where had you gone - even the concession stands had left!!

We shot over to meet up with some mates for a little BBQ opposite the Brooklands stand. Then picked up some new tools from one of the stands.
Got back to the car at 5.30 and was home by 7.30

I wandered off a few times to have a mooch around the trade stands so must have missed each other. Your car still looks great A C43 would be one of my cars of choice if I didn't need the extra space.

Unfortunately I still haven't worked out how to post up footage off my cam

Even if I knew, I can't crop footage like you can on gopros etc

Mine is used more for surveillance and peeping than leisure activities.
