Tunein Radio stopped working

Has anyone else’s tunein radio app stopped working? Mine was fine but now after I get the “certain functions are unavailable whilst driving” message nothing else happens. This is on a 2014 E Class the weather app works fine.

Same on mine.... W204 with NTG4.5. Tunein app no longer working. I first noticed it last week. So probably something on MB's (or Tunein) side?

BTW - It would be interesting to know if the Mercedes Apps on the NTG4.5 unit are updated with the firmware upgrade, or with the maps update?

I’ve had a firmware update to fix the DAB signal issues and it still worked after that.

Has yours started working mate? I found a huge post on a German site and seems it’s working again I also got this email back from Mercedes.

“Regarding the Internet Radio we did have a downtime ongoing in the past weeks however we received the update from our HQ in Stuttgart that this issue should be resolved since 18/12/2018. So you should not experience any difficulties with the Internet Radio anymore.”

I haven’t checked mine as I’ve had the other halves A Class this week.

Mine was still not working when I last checked earlier this evening.

Yes, this is exactly what I have been getting for the past 3 weeks.

I’ve emailed them back as I’m getting the same message as well so we will see what happens it’s definitely working in Germany as on the German forum people have confirmed it’s working again.

Awesome I will try mine tonight on the way home looking forward to driving the Car after 6 days and over 2000 miles in my truck I can’t wait to not have to change gear!
