Hi,
Recently it has appeared when power on the Comand NTG2.5 this message:
"The navigation map on the hard disk is not suitable for the system. Please contact your Marcedes-Benz Service Centre."
"El mapa de navegación del disco duro no es compatible con el sistema. Póngase en contacto con su taller de servicio oficial Mercedes-Benz."
"Die Navigationskarte auf der Festplatte ist für das System ungeeignet. Bitte kontaktieren Sie Ihren Mercedes-Benz Service."
The DVD drive does not work and the DAS-Xentry not recognize the DVD or the hard disk.
Any suggestions? Is a software (misconfiguration) or hardware problem?
