Was it at the windscreen or where? Can you be a bit more specific. Have you been playing with the engineering mode?
IIRC in the Comand engineering menu there is an option for software update. Sounds like you have selected that. Maybe a full reset of the unit by removing the appropriate fuse for the Comand system in the fusebox will solve the problem.

Please advise me I do not know unplug the fuse, but dismissed the battery and ultimately took in vain I'm waiting for you Please Please Please
I assume the above means your battery run flat because Comand did not switch off since it was requesting SW update? You actually did reset the device then, a bit of a hard way.
I would suggest you to visit your dealer and ask them to insert a Comand service CD. I assume the latest one would not necessarily fix it but you would would have to insert an early CD (there are forum members who know this from personal experience for sure).
Meanwhile you should locate the head unit fuse from the fuse diagram and pull it off to prevent the battery running flat.
I offered the car to the Under-Mercedes in Kuwait and after examining the screen told me does not have a solution is not available to us the update and the only solution is to buy a new screen with a value of KD 800 .... Is this a reasonable solution
i would not consider it a reasonable solution. Perhaps you could ask if some of the comand gurus would take it for repair if you are willing to send it abroad?
