Updating the interior of CLK 270

Hi all,

Was wondering if anyone knew if it is possible to update a w209 2003 clk (new shape) interior central console to the latest version? I just find it looks a little bit 'tired' with the cassette tape in the multi-changer head unit and the analogue climate control.
