Upgraded Headlights W202

I am thinking of upgrading my W202 headlights to these, (I also need to change to European (LHD) headlights as I live in France): http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Merc...208035696QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item300208035696 or these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/94-9...032670377QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item310032670377 I did a search on this forum and someone mentioned upgraded lights for a W203 from Taiwan (but didn't buy them), however the W202 is totally different. Has anyone come across these (or similar) before or fitted these, do you think they will fit without too much hassle? I have emailed the seller with a couple of questions on wiring and do they have the in-built fog lights but haven't had a reply yet.
Any advice gratefully received.

The risk you take (if you havent bought items like this from this seller e.g. indicator lamps etc) is that the units might not be sealed properly and hence may need resealing if you see water build up inside the housing. On club202 alot of owners have modded their cars using these types of lights, some with no problems.
