Its well over £200 to get a plug change at the Stealership, so I wrote this little guide on how to change em yourself, hopefully someone will find it useful!

How often should the sparkplugs be replaced?

the plugs should be changed ever 54 thousand miles

or

every 4 years which ever is sooner

Hi, a nice post,well done,just one point to make ...ALWAYS ALWAYS start the plugs by hand first when replacing the new ones, one crossed plug could cost you a lot of time and money.

What torque settings did you use on the plugs?

Factory torque settings are 28Nm for V6 engines and 25Nm for V8s
