I was born in 1954, and I've often thought if I could pick a car of my era, this would be the model I would have. Dream on!
About ten years ago, there were a few Adenauer saloons available at about £35k, and I momentarily considered buying one. I wish I'd had the facilities and the money to do a car like this justice, but there's another reality check for the bucket list - I'm rubbing out more than I'm crossing out these days!
