Voice command not working | Becker unit

Hi

I updated my becker unit to the latest version a little while ago and the voice command (PTT) fails to work now. I get the message that ptt is not available for Great Britain. I have tried re-syncing the data but it still fails to work. I have tried downloading the data again but I get the message Download folder could not be created.

Want to call Becker but I am at work during the day. So any help would be appreciated.

Not sure if this will help someone out in the future but I found a solution to this a month or so ago

Try these steps

connect the device to your computer and start the Becker ContentManager.
Now select Manage and choose "Manage software"
Select the Global Europe Resources on the left side
and transfer it to the right side (MapPilot).

If it doesn't work reinstall content manager again then download and add all the maps/content again (what I had to do in the end)
