w124 300TD blowing cold

Typically on this frosty morning my 300TD has decided to only blow cold air through the cabin.

I am aware of the issues with the duo-valve but I was of the thought that when the duo valve failed it ussually stuck on hot. Could I be wrong and it possible for the duo-valve to fail and stick on cold instead?

Cheers
Mark

Give the duo valve a tap with a small hammer when engine running and see if that unsticks it.

Is the engine temp ok? Running at 80deg ish?

i have similar on w124 convertible (just changed the fan as was not working),but only on the central vent (blows cold) and even when temp is 80deg it still belows cold from central vent, sides, up or down is hot, is that similar problem or something else

As stated in the handbook, the central vent is fresh air only; your internal temperature adjustments will have no effect on it.

Yep, temps are totally solid at about 80 degrees with no water loss.
