W124 8 Holes

Does anyone know what max size the standard 8 hole alloys for W124 coupes come in ?

Sure mine are 15", someone was commenting the other day on a set of 16's, was wondering if they ever went up to a 17?

I'd love to fill my arches a bit more whilst keeping the original look.

According to an old accessories catalogue the 8 hole were available as 16x8 but I think 16x7 are much easier to find. The AMG IIs were 17x7.5.

16" 8 holes is maximum mb made i think. Rial made 18" 8 hole wheels similar to mb - one guy from 500e board have them and looks great.

The 16" 500E 8-holes won't fit a standard W124.

500E arches are flared to handle the rims, only 15" 8-holes will work on a standard W124.

Had some on mine and they were fine. Looked ugly so took them off but no other issues.
