W124 CE Changing Engine mounts

Hi All,
I will be changing my engine mounts sometime this weekend, just wanted to see if any one had any tips they could offer me. I have read parrot of doom's tutorial on how to change the mounts on a W210 and it looks similar.

I will be using an engine lift to support and lift the engine while i work to remove the old mounts, anyone know what else i should replace while im at it?

Are there any special tools needed to replace this or is it a simple matter of supportig the gearbox whilst swapping out the mount? also will i need to detach the drive or would i be ok leaving it attached to the gearbox.

engine damper?

is this the damper on the front end of the engine near the serpentine belt?

if so is there a how to on this.

I looked at parrots how to before changing my mounts and basically same set up jack up car support on stands and lift engine with the jack easy enough bottom bolt 13mm and top 16mm iirc.
Offside easy, nearside harder cant see top at all.
