I've noticed the tilt forward seat frames in a 124 tend to twist to the right by a small but significant amount - enough to make you think of getting them repadded. I've found this little trick that will put them back to sitting square, and it is a whole lot cheaper than getting them repadded.
You just need a small packer placed on the stop adjacent to the hinge and viola the seat back sits nice and square again. :bannana:
You can see below I only needed a 2 mm packer, which I glued to the solid part of the seat frame, right next to the swinging lock latch.
