The ad didn't put me off as I'm buying the car at the end of the day. They are pretty rare and this one has had some work done already by the looks of things.

I'd like to add back the headlight wipers though.

Haha shocking advert mate. So many unknowns. But this was up for 13k a while back so asked all my questions then. Unfortunately didn't get to view it though.

Cheers man. I didn't get a chance to see it this weekend but will be seeing it next Saturday as I'm out the country this week.

Hoping its decent as I have some plans for her . Nothing rowdy though as this will be staying relatively OEM but I hope to keep the AMGs and lowering springs (as it sets off the 500E so well) but have them rebuilt and polished in silver, give it a full service, new caps, rotor arms etc etc. Get the boot done, private plates put on, full detail in, out and on the engine bay.

I will be making a visit to MB parts if I buy it and getting any damaged/old parts replaced with new MB original parts so will start compiling a list soon.

Suppose the first step is to see the bloody thing and make sure it's up to scratch. Otherwise the search continues...
