W140 S320 LWB - Where do I find the spark plugs?

I assume they are under that black panel on top of the engine just under the air intake pipe that the filter box is attached to.
BTW: Its the 6-cylinder 3.2
Any help or guidance would be great before I start ripping bolts out.
This things misfiring like mad. If this isnt spark plugs what else would be a likely candidate? It runs fine at high revs - 3000 and above.

Remove the black air pipe running from the air filter to inlet valve. This is done by undoind the pipe from the air filter and removing it form the inlet valve. Once removed there is a black plastic panel that that has 2 or 3 bolts. Remove this and the plugs can be found under there.

Check all the leads are in properly and look at the plugs.
If not it could be the air mass sensor. (located after the air filter). You will need someone to run a diagnostic on the vehicle to tell you the exact fault.
 
what year is it? if its a pre- 1996 it can also be the wiring loom for the engine
