W163 ML Tow Bar - which one is correct?

Hi there. Have a 2004 ML W163 Inspiration 7 seater with spare wheel below the boot on the outside of the car.

Am thinking about attaching a tow bar but someone said to me that there are 3 variants.

Anyone know which one I need for my particular vehicle?
