w163 ml270 side skirts

Was looking for some side runners and I spotted this ML on ebay,the runners seem to be incorporated into the side skirt,look good, where could I get these, and any thoughts on what the wheels are.

Description is "Amg kit with front colour coded bull bar with spot lights 20 inch alloys and upgrade bumpers "

I don't think they are AMG (unless they do more than one type)
All the AMG ones I've seen, look like this ...

OEM running boards and bull bar. Could still be available from the main dealer. OZ Canyon wheels.
