Anyone had any luck with led 239 number plate bulbs in a W164 ? Fitted a pair from eBay supposed to be can bus error free which seamed true as I didn’t get any bulb failure indicator,nice and bright but one only lasted a few hours ...well more like a few minutes! Could just be a one off or just cheap Chinese s*#t !! It doesn’t look like you can get any high quality can free ones . Do I even need can error free ones ? It’s a 2007 If not I’d fit some Osram ones .
