W164 ML 420 CDI wanted.

Bit of a long shot because I know how rare they are, but if anyone is thinking of selling their ML 420 CDI, let me know sooner rather than later.

Budget up to £18k, but I don't mind a high miler that is cheaper as long as there is history to back it up.

I noticed one on Auto Trader recently, but at £20k - I was looking at 280/320s

FWIW my ml500 cost less than the 420cdi, was as fast, quieter, more reliable, sold quicker and was only 2 to 4 mpg worse, a difference that is probably made up for by the difference in cost between the fuels themselves.
