W164 ML350 Exterior heated mirrors

Does anyone know if the RHD passenger side exterior mirror is heated, if so, does it have a fuse (can't find one on the fuse layout diagram) the drivers side works. Also how do you fix it, is it a heated bit behind the mirror, is it easy to get to, do you have to take the door apart?

I have a W251 R Class and a W164 M class, and both have the same issue. I thought my R Class passenger door mirror heater was faulty until my wife bought a M class, and it had the same issue. Having thumbed the manual from front to back there is actually no mention of the mirrors being heated either which I find bazaar... So it seems this is standard ! Regards
