W202 Stock suspension

Are these lowerable? if so, is it easy to do? i mean is there some guide around on this site somewhere that would tell me how to do it?

If not, would i need to buy new ones? and if so, which ones would anyone recommend?

depends how much you want to lower by, if its a little, then changing the spring pad to the smallest one can achieve this, if you want it lower, then the springs need to be changed, H&R are recommended. If your shocks also need replacing then either bilstien or Koni yellow.
