W203 CDI 220 Air Filter

Hi,

I replaced my air filter today and dropped one of the cover clips underneath the air filter housing.

Can some one please send me instructions how to remove the air filter housing to retrieve the clip or should I just buy a new clip?

You could try taking off the underside tray (bellypan) in the hope that its fallen through.

Opening the cover from the bottom allowed me to retrieve it!

The clips closer to the engine area are harder to put back on!
