W203 Door Speakers.

Dear All,
Excuse me if you think me lazy but I've searched through the site and, athough I did see something once on this subject, I've not recently been able to find out how to change a nearside front door speaker on my C270 CDI.

Can anyone direct me or paste me some simple instructions, please?

The speaker keeps breaking up and I can only get a decent sound if I lift the volume, which is really annoying? Any instructions, tips, experiences, please?

They're called torx pieces as they have 6 points.
