Mercedes Benz Stockport were adamant they had fixed it, so adamant in fact that they stated all it needed was a software update. They saw it as almost a joke that the other dealership had ordered so many panels when all it needed was a software update ! Is it fixed...NO !! Its still the same and they didn't even apologise. They were so confident that they had it fixed. Two minutes after collecting the car it was back in the dealership, no better and still with no fix. The car has to go back now , AGAIN, as part of the rejection process next Friday. This is beyond a joke now. One dealership have given up and stated they cannot fix it so why does this dealership actually believe they can??:fail Surely to do the same thing again and again and to expect a different result is insanity !!
