Hi Peeps,
I have a C180k Coupe (2003, 91,000 miles) which dosent idle very well.
Once the car has warmed up when you sit at a set of lights the needle moves up to about 1800rpm then drops to about 800rpm and keeps doin it until you pull off.
The engine sounds a bit noisy so I dunno if this is anything to do with it.
Someone told me it could be a split pipe somewhere, I can see that the intake pipe that runs across the from of the engine has been repaired with what looks like gaffer tape. Dunno if this is a contributing factor.
Any help appreciated.
