Nah, remember I've had both. I was expecting to be the same as the W202 but when it unfolds it kind of does a somersault. Very cool!

Very sad :D

I'm only jealous, there isn't one for the 124 :o :( looks good, nice mod ;)

Looks good - but no way I'd have one in Edna:D Much happier having plastic water bottles rattling around :D

Inside match the outside then?
Water bottles:confused: Surely you mean Gin bottles:devil:

R2, how's the other mod doing?

Oh you mean YESTERDAYS mod, 741! E-Mag!!!:D

Yup my experiment to lift my fuel consumption out of the low 20's mpg has started. I touched 30mpg yesterday!! I will keep you all posted. Thankyou to Grav for supplying and fitting the E MAg to my fuel pipe yesterday.

I would be interested to see whether the fuelmag makes any difference.. Any chance of getting an emmisions test performed?

I could but I haven't done a before test. I suppose we could compare it against other c180k's but remember my engine is modded as well so it would be hard to attribute which mod was a achieving what. I have a long drive coming up so I get a good idea of its capabilities then

A single long drive will prove nothing unless you then complete the same journey in the same conditions without the fuelmag.

I am sceptical that there will be any actual improvement but am interested to see if there is.

I have done this 500 mile drive loads of times and the best ever for this journey is 37mpg.

I too am very sceptical about the magnets claims but Grav says they work and I trust him so I'm giving it ago:) I'll report back in due course. Who else has e mag fitted?

Who else has e mag fitted?

Ian B Walker, Kikkthecat, W210fan and a few others whose names I have forgotten.

BTW, if you want to do an emmissions test, just cut the ties, remove the e-mag, test and then refit like yesterday.
Test again. Simple.
I have some spare ties if you need them.

Thanks for your help Grav, I'll report back my findings.

Nice cup holder
