W203 Rust!!!

Is it me or do the early W203's have really bad rust proofing? I have had mine for a little while now, but compaired to other 'lesser' cars, the 203 is really quite tatty. Good job its Jewish Racing Gold so it does not show up too much. So apart from the front wings, is there anywhere else on the car that may be hiding some nasties?

Rear wheel arches, bottom of doors. List could go on and on, bit like me so my Wife tells me.

Hmm I was affraid that would be the case (sigh), best get saving for an '04 onwards model, as they where all seam sealed in the factory

Looks like you picked a bad one - they are not as common as people think!

Think I definitely had a heart ruling the head moment when I purchased the car.
