W210 door sill trim fixing

The nylon fixings that hold the sill trim on have broken off, any ideas where I can get some replacements? I tried the local motor spares but they just suggested going to the stealership

I've attached a photo, I need the pointy bit in the foreground. Ta.

Yes, the dealer can supply these. I had to get one for my W202 last year. The part numbers for the two parts pictured are A0019887681 and A0019889781 - sorry don;t know which is which bit though! Dealer will advise.
