W210 E300 TD auto to manual

Mechanically yes, electrically no.

That lot will bolt up to your car, but without the signals from the auto gearbox the ecu will not let the engine run properly. You would need to bin the electrics and fit a mechanical injection pump and turbo wastegate, or use w202 electrics.

Thank you, i think i have mechanical, pump, the engine code is 606 , its not CDI

so do i have to shorten prop shaft or , it will fit

Whether it's feasible or not, the second-hand parts in that Ebay listing are not worth £600.

Why do you want to do this?

Your engine has an electrically controlled pump, it's the earlier w124 that has mechanical.

If anything you may have to lengthen it, I've never measured a w210 prop so cant be sure.

You will also want to change the diff.

If you really want a manual w210, buy a 220cdi with a 6 speed.

Someone probably bought a scrapper for £100 and being a manual thought 'hmm here's an idea' lol

as far as i understand you, w124 e300 d 136 bhp has manual pump, even its and auto gerabox model,
and the car i have w210 e300 td needs hell of a lot things to change
in order to convert it to the manual,

i dont like CDI i .e. common rail injection , other vise i would buy one

Yes, it needs a lot of work to do what your thinking.

I've got a turbo 606 running a manual gearbox, not a simple job.

so u too agree that , manual on 606 turbo it's the proper tool :)

what gearbox do u use on your car , to handle (500) bhp
