1x Yellow / 1x Red
4x Green
1x Blue / 1x Green
3x Blue / 1x Yellow
1x Yellow / 1x white
1x Yellow / 2x White
1x Yellow / 3x White
4x White
2x Red / 3x White

That's cool, just saw this reply and the picture of the spring - that's what my original ones were they were silver and red also!

Can't believe they didn't know what they were, useless...!!!

Never mind, the E55 has moved on now anyhow - thanks for the feedback though .

New Perch needed

Hi Guys,
Sorry if this thread is too old to reply to , but i thought id give it a go!
My drivers side (right hand drive) spring perch has just failed. the car is driveable (just) becuase the spring is resting against the shock.

Does anyone know where i can buy a new perch???
I have seen peachparts referred to on other threads, but they are US based. I am in Ireland so the UK would be best for me to buy one.

I have a friend who is going to weld the new perch in place for me, so i just need 2 new perchs.

Any suggestions??

Hi Ronan, might be worthwhile getting a quote from main dealers for the parts and then maybe try german & sweedish or euro car parts as a comparison.

Hi GUys,
THe update on this is as follows:

1) Swedish and German (Dublin) - they say only dealers can provide the perches.
2) Merc Dealer in Cork - €36 euro (incl vat, no postage necessary)
3) Merc Dealer in Northern Ireland - £26 (excl postage).

I plan to just order teh perches from the dealer here in cork.

Looking forward to getting this issue sorted. Lovely wintery conditions here in cork, and i cant use my Benz!!
