w210 e55 engine number location

Just got myself another MY2000 w210 e55 amg, i've been trying to find the engine number on the block but for the life of me i cant seem to find it. i've had up on the ramp and notthing.

Can anyone help, been fishing around for info on the net but no luck.

Thanks for the reply, the engine number for a w210 e55 AMG is where the gear box meets the block.
