W210 Estate O/S Rear Window

Driving along a country lane yesterday, heard a clang and my daughter announced that her window had 'dropped'. Stopped to check and it was stuck fast, but with a bit of manouvering got it pushed up to closed by hand.
Is it a DIY job to fix or I need to run by my friendly MB dealer (or is it a job for PCS)?
