So I got my wife the W211 with NTG1. It has that iPod cable in glove box but I can't find aux port. In command i can see AUX but I think the iPod cable is connected as aux. Can't check it if is working as we don't use any iPods,iPhones. Is the aux hidden somewhere or do I need to remove the iPod connection and replace it with aux cable? If yes can someone give me the part number(cable) so I can buy it? Thanks

The iPod interface takes the AUX port. Can be changed to the standard 3.5 mm AUX socket.

When I look on eBay and If I remember right the cable they have says that it is not compatible with ntg1

The ipod cable could be connected through aftermarket hardware such as the Dension gateway, in which case you select the cd changer on command to play through ipod, this let's you change track etc through command

If I understood right, the OP already has an iPod interface. No need to build it with any after market kit.

"They" at eBay have hundreds of different AUX cables. If you search something for a W211 NTG1 COMAND, you should find OEM and after market harnesses (I even found after market harnesses that were claimed to be OEM  ). Does not have to be OEM, a cheap cable could well be enough.

Attached a diagram showing your existing iPod interface harness. You could cut cables and connect to the AUX port at COMAND but better to remove the iPod harness from COMAND and put a new cable instead. The COMAND AUX port pin assignment shown at the other diagram.
