W211 E240 Misfire(Engine Light Comes Up)

My E240 W211 had it yellow engine light comes up and misfire problem when i kickdown the throttle pedal. But it can be drive normally if you drive it gentle. The misfire problem will go off a while if I pull over and switch off and on the engine. I had changed the ECU and checked everything incuding injectors, coils and spark plugs and all the ignition system. My mechanic said that he suspected the exhaust sensor is damaged. Is it relevant?? Any other solution is much appreciated.
