Brand new only taken out the box to take picture's

I was going to fit it but might be selling my car so have just decided to sell it.

If that fitted a W211 E55 I'd have it. But I don't think they are interchangeable with an E63?

I'd appreciate that. Consider it sold if it fits my E55.
I do have my doubts though as the Eurotek ones in the US were either E55 or E63 but not both.
