W211 interior. Door handle

My 2005 E55 has a scratch an chip on the passenger interior chrome door pull/handle. Are all the W211 handles the same. I know it's nowt really but rest of inside is mint so I want to change it

Yeh I've been looking at the adverts on eBay for different door cards for the w211, might give MB a call see if u can buy a new one, at least I know it will be the correct one...
Part number anyone ?

I'd probably give a breaker's yard a call to see if you can get one. Probably work out cheaper, plus if you find a local one, you could check it before you buy.

Called MB to try buy just the chrome part of the door handle... Nope, comes with the full door card for £450+
Could the part be rechromed...?

Hi,
When I bought my CLS55 the chrome was peeling and missing on the driver's interior door handle, I got Olly of PCS to replace it while doing a couple of other jobs.
So when I read this thread and found that your dealer is saying that it is not available for your E55 I thought I would look on the EPC (I have access to official version).
The handle is listed separately to the door card the left side chrome interior door handle for the E55 is A 211 766 01 24 7F24.
If the price of mine is anything to go by then it will be less than a tenner before VAT.

Can anyone find the part number for the drivers side rear please, my brain dead sister in law has scraped her rings on the handle chipping it.... I'm fuming, I don't ever have rear seat passengers and the first time in years I do this happens.....

Had a look on my copy of EPC, looks like rear door levers are the same part as front doors: A211 766 01 24 - left, A211 766 02 24 right, both suffixed 7F24 for polished chrome.
