Opened the rear door on Friday to put the kids seat in, when I tried to shut the door the latch would not catch so the door would not shut. I tried closing the latch manually but it just was not catching.
In the end called mobilio, technician called and said its a new latch and it was past 7 so he could source one tomorrow and come and fit, but this was no good as I was 60 miles away from home and has two tired kids, so they agreed to recover me home. Hour later recovery truck came, but couldn't hold more than two ppl, so waited another half hour for another to come and then finally got me home. They said they would call the next morning to recover to the dealer and arrange courtesy car.
Next morning opened up the door took the lock out, a cog in the little motor was holding the catch open, looks like it had slipped, so I opened the motor unit up and reset the cog, all on clips and torx so fairly straight forward, reinstalled and all seems ok. Going to carry some bungees in the car from now on in case it fails again hopefully that's it sorted.
Hopefully this will come handy for someone.
