W211 Squeaky rear seats

Hi everybody.
I've got 2005 E320 with folding rear seats. Great feature, but it squeaks while driving, or when someone is sitting on it. It just driving me nuts ....
It seems the squeak is coming from those clips which hold the rear seats in place and it only squeaks when its locked in. I've tried to put some felt tape around plastic and metal parts, but it doesn't help. It's very had to see where exactly is coming from when it's locked in place.
Any advice or ideas how to stop annoying squeak?

Hi Did you ever fix this? My E320 Sport squeaks too and it drives me nuts. If I have the boot crammed full e.g holiday packing, and all three kids are in the back seats, you can't hear it, so I wonder whether my problem is the seat backs. Any thoughts?

Mine does and had a mate in the back who grabbed the rear head rest and it stopped! I've still to investigate when I get 5
