W211 with iphone or media interface

Hi guys, I have problem with my E class 220 cdi 2006(facelift) W211 , It has a telephone prewiring and a connection in the armrest. There is nothing in the glovebox. 3 Questions .
a. Is there any cable to connect on the telephone connection in the armrest to connect directly to my ipod.
b. or my iphone.
c. or both.

+1 for the guys at comandonline
I went with there mcar for wired iPod connection, you can control from both the comand screen and steering wheel (it can also connect to Bluetooth phone) and VisseeO Bluetooth adaptor for calls. Best thing to do though is contact them with you chassis number they can check what was originally fitted and suggest which options you have available.
