W212 heated seats - problem

I have a 2010 W212 with leather heated seats. Obviously I've been using them a lot lately, and have noticed that the drivers side seat base isn't heating, although the back rest is pumping it out. Do I have a loose connection somewhere? Has a fuse blown? Is there something more serious wrong? Any ideas to save my little botty from the perishing cold?

Probably the seat pad has given up the ghost.

Still under warranty? A mate had his seat pad replaced under warranty at the dealership
