W215, CL55 ABC parts query.....

Hi all, just wanted some advice on some ABC parts I may be able to get hold of, from a damaged vehicle (was someone i know) for my CL55 (MY00). So parts I`m interested in are the ABC pump and F + R valve blocks. The guy who used to own the car had these parts changed sometime ago, so are a few years old, and I wanted to ask you guys whether I should go for it as it looks as though my car needs these replaced with the problems I`ve been having.

I know there are contamination issues etc so wanted to know if there would be problems fitting second hand items in?

Not jumping for joy in spending almost 3k on new MB parts!!!
